Terms of Service

Plain‑English summary of how we work. For bespoke engagements we’ll also provide service‑specific terms.

Using our services

When you ask us to arrange something, you authorise us to act on your behalf with trusted partners (for example restaurants, airlines, hotels, event promoters, chauffeurs). Bookings are subject to each partner’s availability and their own terms.

Fees and payments

We’ll always tell you the price before you commit. Some services are commission‑based; others may require a retainer or deposit. Third‑party costs (such as tickets, travel, dining) are payable by you. Where we pre‑pay on your behalf you agree to reimburse us promptly.

Cancellations and changes

We’ll help where possible, but partners often apply cancellation or change fees—especially for last‑minute or limited‑availability experiences. Any such fees are your responsibility.

Discretion and conduct

We operate discreetly and expect the same from clients. Services must be used lawfully and respectfully. We may decline or withdraw services where behaviour risks safety, reputation, or legal compliance.

Liability

We carefully select partners but we don’t control their operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law we aren’t liable for delays, cancellations, or performance by third parties. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect how we operate. The latest version will always be published here and applies from the date of posting.
